Home Infusion Therapy providers such as Soleo Health (Gilbert, Phoenix, and Flagstaff locations) offer individualized medication support for a wide variety of conditions. A licensed, health care provider can visit your home, your doctor’s office, or you may visit a Soleo location, to administer certain medications, plus provide education and support for you (and/or your caregiver) tailored to your individual care needs.
