Population health. Clinical integration. Value-based medicine. There are many interrelated terms to describe the work we do at Arizona Care Network (ACN).

At its core, this effort is about managing the health of a defined population by providing the right intervention for a specific patient at the least costly point in the care continuum. Our goals include improving care coordination, enhancing health and wellness, eliminating disparities, and increasing transparency and accountability.

Arizona Care Network is a joint venture of Dignity Health and Abrazo Health. However, we access our employee benefits and Human Resources systems through Dignity Health Management Services Organization (DHMSO), a division of Dignity Health.

Through DHMSO,  Arizona Care Network offers an excellent, comprehensive salary and benefits plan which is part of our Total Rewards program.

  • Market-competitive salary and wages
  • Healthcare benefits featuring ACN network providers and facilities
  • 401k matching with immediate 100% vesting
  • Begin earning Paid Time Off from your first day, with flexibility to use your hours for holidays, sick days, vacation or personal time
  • Opportunities for professional and personal development

In addition, ACN is proud of the employee-focused culture we’ve created. Some of the features our employees like best include:

  • A hybrid work schedule allowing the flexibility to work remotely a majority of the time, with designated ‘all in’ days at the office to work on projects that are better suited for face-to-face interaction
  • An Employee Engagement Committee that plans fun activities and provides opportunities for us to give back to our community as a group
  • Team members share in our organizational success through our Short Term Incentive Program (STIP)
  • An inclusive environment, where great ideas are welcome from any member of team
  • Open communication from leadership that includes quarterly all-staff meetings and an internal social channel for announcements
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth
