The National Association of ACOs (NAACOS) honored Arizona Care Network with a 2019 Innovation Award for Care.Wallet, a provider application built on blockchain technology that displays actionable clinical insights. As a result, providers can more efficiently administrate and coordinate healthcare processes, improving population health.

Today my family began using N Compass Care Coordination to coordinate supports and services for our son’s orthopedic surgery.
